We were favorably impressed by Gator's handling of our repair. Because a part had to be ordered, we had two separate visits by two different technicians. So, we actually had a "second opinion" because the second tech had to use the diagnosis and repair part recommended by the first in order to fix the system. All went smoothly and we are back up and running.

Dispatched to replace EW blower motor. Disassembled blower motor from air handler. Removed motor from blower motor housing. Replaced with new motor. Reassembled back into air handler. Turned system on to test. Blower motor is pulling 2.8 amps/rated for 4.5. Found compressor not on due to bad voltage regulator. Replaced under EW. Checked pressures. System operating properly at this time.
