I have been using Gator Air since I moved to Florida and I have always been treated fairly and with honesty. I have had a couple emergencies and they could either help me resolve the issue over the phone or they came out immediately. I am on a twice yearly contract and my average system has been humming along thanks to their maintenance schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has trust issues with service providers. They are wonderful!

Dispatch to know cool. Unit was on upon arrival. Found humidistat was keeping unit from coming on due to its that level at 65. After lowering to 55 the systems is on and running properly. I removed batteries from thermostat so homeowner would know when the humidity is set in house.
