GATOR DOES THE BEST AC WORK I'VE HAD. Have lived here 20 years and the previous companies were bad, and one TROPIC AIR was just plain corrupt. they lied and tired to cheat me in SEVERAL ways! Gator is the best.

Found system completely empty conducted leak search found leak in line set a brace joint on the roof re-welded braids joint seal the leak pressure, tested and vacuum down to 500 µm added refrigerant to get desired sub cooling. Cycled system unit is now Cooling and operating as per design.
