At 5:00 p.m., Brad F. came to my house for a breakdown - He appeared on time for the appointment, went straight to work completing a diagnostic, and, once he identified the problem, reviewed the issue with me, discussed the charges and with my permission, performed the repair. He was friendly, professional and explained his findings along the way. Brad went out of his way to make sure I understood the associated charges and was satisfied with the work he did.
