Luis came to check one of our UV light installs. The product was originally installed by Gator. He found what I was hoping to be true that the LED UV light on indicator was faulty and the UV light was on. Gator is replacing the unit as it is under warranty.

Gator announced Cedric was on his way. Service was through and Cedric found mold in the fan. He pulled the fan to show the mold contamination and suggested a solution. We went with the recommendation, Cedric cleaned the fan and internal HVAC unit of mold. Installed UV solution and all is well.
