Of course, while waiting for Hurricane Dorian isn’t stressful enough, woke up this am to the AC unit not working. Called Gator approx 11 am on Saturday and surprisingly they answered the phone. I explained my situation and was told they would send a tech between 2-4 pm today. He would contact me prior to his arrival and it may be earlier than 2 depending on his previous calls. The tech called me at 1:30 and he was on his way. He arrived, very professional and courteous, assessed the situation, explained the issue, stated he had the part on the truck, and provided the cost. We agreed for a replacement, and he had it up and running in no time. Explained also about being a club member, which I accepted, and also signed up for another house at the same time. I’ve been in the heating industry for 30+ years and besides my company, I haven’t found another service company that cares about their customers until today. Thank you Gator!
